Refund policy

At Gleeku LLC (“Gleeku”, “we”, “us”), we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains when you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
1) Return Requests (30 Days)
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return requests are reviewed and approved only for eligible cases such as:
- Item arrived damaged
- Item is defective or not functioning properly
- Incorrect item received
- Order confirmed lost in transit
Other return requests may be declined based on product condition and order details.
2) Damage / Defect Reporting (Within 72 Hours)
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- Video evidence if needed for function-related defects
3) Order Cancellation & Address Changes (Within 12 Hours)
You may request an order cancellation or address change within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing info@gleeku.com.
Once an order enters processing or ships, cancellations/changes may not be possible.
4) Return Authorization (Do Not Send Without Approval)
Do not return any items without prior authorization.
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
5) Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective, or damaged). In those cases, we may cover return shipping or provide an alternative resolution such as a replacement or partial/full refund.
In certain cases, returning the product may not be required. Our support team will provide instructions based on the situation.
6) Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
7) Refund Processing Time
If your request is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
8) Lost Packages / Non-Delivery
If an order is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
If an order is not delivered within 45 days from the ship date, please contact us at info@gleeku.com. After investigation, we will offer a replacement or refund.
9) “Delivered” But Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors/household members
- Contact the carrier first
If you still cannot locate it, email us at info@gleeku.com with your order number and we will assist with an investigation. We may request supporting documentation from the carrier/post office.
10) Final Sale Items (If Marked)
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
