Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Gleeku LLC (“Gleeku”, “we”, “us”). This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed on gleeku.com.

1) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers within the United States only.

2) Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

3) Shipping Time (United States)

Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after the order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, peak seasons, or security/customs screening.

Fulfillment Note (Transparency)
To keep products available and priced competitively, we work with both U.S.-based and international fulfillment partners. Depending on stock location, your order may ship from a U.S. warehouse or from an overseas fulfillment center. This may affect delivery time.

4) Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

5) Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.

6) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or being unclaimed, additional reshipping fees may apply.

7) Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us at info@gleeku.com and we will assist with an investigation.
If an order is not delivered within 45 days from the ship date, we will offer a replacement or a refund after investigation.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier. We may request supporting documentation from the carrier/post office to complete the investigation.
